First steps
Create your shop, finish the setup wizard, and get ready for your first sale.
Setting up Mobilat takes a few minutes: create an account, answer a few questions about your shop, and you're in. Every new shop gets a free trial with no card needed.
Create your account
Open mobilat.shop/signup. You can sign up in one of two ways:
Tap Continue with Google and pick your Google account. You go straight to the setup wizard.
If you picked a plan on the pricing page before signing up, it stays selected in the setup wizard.
Set up your shop
After signing up, a short wizard asks one question per screen. You can go back at any step.
Shop name
What's your shop called? This name appears on receipts and to your staff.
Number of branches
How many branches do you have? Pick 1, 2 or 3, or More for up to 10. You can add or close branches later in Settings.
Branch names
With one branch, type the area it's in, or leave it empty to call it Main branch. With several branches, you choose whether they all share the shop name (each one by its area) or each has its own name.
Pick your plan
Pick your plan. The first days are free with no card, and you can change the plan later. A plan that doesn't fit your number of branches can't be chosen. See Plans and trial.
Review
All good? Check the shop name, branches and plan, then tap Let's go. Each branch gets its own cash box and stock.
Demo data or an empty shop
When the shop is ready you see Your shop is ready with two choices:
- Try it with demo data: fills the shop with sample phones, accessories, suppliers, wallets and today's sales, so you can try things out.
- Start empty: start clean and add your own items or import them from Excel.
As the owner, a Quick tour walks you through the main pages. You can replay it any time from your account menu.

Once you're in, these are the best first steps:
Add your items
Add your phones and accessories by barcode, or import them from Excel. See Items.
Set up the cash box and wallets
Every branch starts with a cash box. Add your Vodafone Cash, e&, Orange and WE lines and your InstaPay account. See Cash and wallets.
Invite your team
Add your cashier, technician and manager by phone number, and pick each one's role and branch. See Team and roles.
Make your first sale
Open the point of sale, scan a barcode or search by name, and take payment. See Point of sale.
Sign in later
Go to mobilat.shop/login. The owner signs in with Continue with Google or with email and password. Staff sign in with their phone number in the Email or phone field. Forgot your password? Tap Forgot? (see My account).
