Audit log
A record of sensitive actions in your shop, who did them and when, that can't be edited or deleted.
The audit log records sensitive actions in your shop: price changes, discounts, voids, returns, stock adjustments, deletions, team and permission changes, and below-cost sales. Nobody can edit or delete it, not even the owner.
Where to find it
Go to Audit log in the Admin section of the menu, or Settings → Audit log.
You need the See the audit log permission. The owner and the Manager role have it by default.
Read the log
Each line says in plain words who did what, with the date, time and branch. Voids, deletions and below-cost sales are marked in red.
Tap a line to see more: the person, the full details of the change, and an Open link to the sale, item or other record when there is one.
The list shows the latest 200 entries. Use the filters to reach older ones.
Filter the log
- All actions: pick one type, such as Price change, Discount, Void, Return, Adjustment, Reversal, Delete, Permissions & team or Below-cost sale. Changes Mobilat makes to your subscription show as Subscription (Mobilat admin).
- Everyone: pick one person to see only their actions.
- All dates: choose a day or a date range.
Tap Clear filters to see everything again.
Check your books
At the top, Books integrity check verifies that stock, sales, the cash box and wallets all agree with each other.
Run the check
Tap Check now.
Read the result
If everything matches, you'll see All good — the books balance.
If issues are found
You'll see how many issues were found, grouped by type. Send them to Mobilat support.
